'
Belgo spherical roller bearings are manufactured with the latest available technology so that they can easily handle high radial loads, contamination, high temperatures, shocks, and misalignment even at high speeds. Belgo spherical roller bearings are available in many series and versions (from 25 mm diameter to 1800 mm inner diameter):
213 / 222 / 223 / 230 / 231 / 232 / 231 / 232 / 239 / 240 / 241
C: Symmetrical rollers, flangeless inner ring, a non-integral guide ring and a floating rib with pressed metal cage
CA: Symmetrical rollers with one-piece brass cage and retaining ribs
MA: Retaining flanges guided on the inner ring and two-piece machined brass cage guided on the other ring
MAC4F80: A special design for vibration applications with a machined brass cage on the outer ring
MB: Retaining flanges guided on the inner ring central fixed rib with a two-piece machined brass cage
ADVANCED FEATURES WITH BELGO ROLLER BEARINGS
Manufacturing
All Belgo spherical roller bearings are manufactured according to ISO and DIN standards with 3 lubrication holes in the outer ring as a standard lubrication groove (W33). Thanks to this advanced feature, the lubricant flows between the roller paths through a single lubrication connection. The diameters of spherical roller bearings are specified in ISO 15. . .. .
Furthermore, Belgo spherical roller bearings can be manufactured as custom-made with clearances larger than standard C3, C4, C5 or smaller than C2 according to our customers' requests.
They can have cylindrical or tapered bore depending on their inner diameter (1:30 – suffix K30 for series 240 and 241, and 1:12 – suffix K for other series).
Bearing Material Limitations
Standard spherical roller bearings with an outer diameter greater than 240 mm are stabilized up to +200°C (392°F). Small-sized bearings can be operated up to +120°C (250°F).
The operating temperature list according to DIN standard 623 is given below:
Spherical Roller Thrust Bearings
Spherical roller thrust bearings provide optimum performance at high speeds for heavy loads because they accommodate heavy axial loads transmitted at a 45-degree angle from one raceway to the other. In addition, these types of bearings also have a load capacity of up to 55 degrees for thrust radial loads. The diameters of spherical roller thrust bearings are specified in DIN 728 and ISO 104. Moreover, they are primarily lubricated with oil.
Belgo spherical roller thrust bearings provide low friction, roller alignment, and high capacity, while also absorbing misalignment during operation.
Belgo spherical roller thrust bearings are available in different series and versions:
292 / 293 /294
E: Increased load ratings with steel cage
EM: Increased load ratings with brass cage
M: With brass cage
Without suffix: With steel cage
