Product Description: Although couplings seem to be the simplest part of the industrial powertrain chain, when the right elements are not selected, they lead to disruption of the entire mechanism and serious production losses. It is imperative to use quality elastic materials to eliminate mechanical vibrations and noise when transmitting the movement to other equipment and to extend the life of the machine.
Our Coupling Tires, which fully adapt to friction and dynamic working conditions, provide a seamless and safe working environment by dampening the vibration in your system.
We manufacture from high quality raw materials in accordance with your field of use:
Natural Rubber (NR): Excellent flexibility and wear resistance.
Nitrile Rubber (NBR): Superior resistance to oil, fuel and chemicals.
Polyurethane (PU): High impact and tear strength for heavy loads.
Design Advantage: Our coupling wedges can also be manufactured with metal parts, bushings or aluminum reinforcement in order to easily integrate into the system and increase its strength.
